- ✓400g pizza dough
- ✓200g san marzano tomatoes
- ✓200g fresh mozzarella
- ✓15g fresh basil
- ✓20ml extra virgin olive oil
- ✓3g sea salt
- ✓1clove garlic
- ✓10g cornmeal

Preheat oven to maximum temperature (250°C or higher) with pizza stone if available

Stretch or roll dough to 12-inch circle. Place on floured peel

Spread crushed tomatoes evenly, leaving 1-inch border

Tear mozzarella and distribute over pizza

Slide onto hot stone or baking sheet. Bake 8-12 min until crust is golden

Remove from oven, add fresh basil, drizzle with olive oil, slice and serve
