- ✓120g sugar
- ✓12g baking powder
- ✓3g salt
- ✓1piece egg
- ✓240ml milk
- ✓80g butter
- ✓5ml vanilla extract
- ✓200g fresh blueberries
- ✓20g turbinado sugar

Preheat oven to 190°C. Line 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners

Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in large bowl

In separate bowl, beat egg with milk, melted butter, and vanilla

Pour wet ingredients into dry, stir until just moistened. Do not overmix

Gently fold in blueberries. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full

Sprinkle with turbinado sugar if desired. Bake 20-25 min until golden

Cool in tin 5 min, then transfer to wire rack
