- ✓300g penne pasta
- ✓200g cherry tomatoes
- ✓150g zucchini
- ✓100g bell peppers
- ✓100g asparagus
- ✓500ml vegetable broth
- ✓100ml heavy cream
- ✓50g parmesan cheese
- ✓3cloves garlic
- ✓20ml olive oil
- ✓10g fresh basil
Instructions

Heat olive oil in large pot, sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant

Add tomatoes, zucchini, peppers, asparagus. Cook 3 min

Add pasta, broth, salt and pepper. Bring to boil

Reduce heat, simmer uncovered 12-14 min until pasta is al dente

Stir in cream and parmesan, cook 2 min until sauce thickens

Garnish with fresh basil, serve immediately
