- ✓200g egg noodles
- ✓1piece bell pepper
- ✓100g snap peas
- ✓80g baby corn
- ✓3pieces green onions
- ✓2cloves garlic
- ✓10g ginger
- ✓30ml soy sauce
- ✓10ml sesame oil
- ✓15ml vegetable oil
- ✓5g sesame seeds
Instructions

Cook noodles according to package, drain, rinse with cold water, set aside

Heat wok or large pan, add oil. Stir fry garlic and ginger for 30 seconds

Add bell peppers, snap peas, baby corn. Stir fry 3-4 min until crisp-tender

Add noodles and soy sauce, toss well to combine

Drizzle with sesame oil, top with green onions and sesame seeds, serve
