Ingredients
- ✓120g dark chocolate
- ✓80g butter
- ✓2pieces eggs
- ✓2pieces egg yolks
- ✓60g sugar
- ✓30g all-purpose flour
- ✓5ml vanilla extract
- ✓100g raspberries
- ✓10g powdered sugar
- ✓4pieces mint leaves
Instructions
Preheat oven to 220°C. Butter and dust 4 ramekins with flour
Melt chocolate and butter together in a double boiler, stir until smooth, let cool slightly
Whisk eggs, egg yolks, and sugar until thick and pale (about 3 min)
Fold chocolate mixture into egg mixture gently, add vanilla
Sift in flour, fold until just combined - do not overmix
Divide batter among ramekins, bake 12-14 minutes until edges are firm but center jiggles
Let cool 1 minute, invert onto plates. Dust with powdered sugar, garnish with raspberries and mint
