- ✓60ml soy sauce
- ✓45ml olive oil
- ✓4cloves garlic
- ✓15g brown sugar
- ✓3g black pepper
- ✓12pieces bamboo skewers

Mix soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, brown sugar, and pepper. Marinate beef 30 min

Preheat grill to medium-high. Soak bamboo skewers in water

Thread beef and vegetables alternately onto skewers

Grill skewers 8-10 min, turning occasionally, until beef is desired doneness

Rest skewers 3 minutes before serving
